The month of May has been dedicated by the Diocese of Killaloe to the emphasising the importance of Safeguarding Children.

The diocese has a team of people who are dedicated to ensuring the Church is a safe place for children, these include the Director of Safeguarding, Designated Liaison Persons, Safeguarding Committee, Parish Safeguarding Reps, Support Person for complainants, Advisors for respondents, and safeguarding trainers.
