You are warmly invited to the Chrism Mass on Spy Wednesday April 16th at 7.30 pm in St Brendan’s Church this year. The parishes of the Brendan Pastoral area Shinrone/Ballingarry, Kilcolman, Kinnitty & Birr are hosting this event. The Holy Oils for use in the Sacraments across the Diocese of Killaloe are blessed at this Mass by Bishop Fintan. A choir from the four parishes will provide the music and singing at the Liturgy with various representatives taking part in the Mass. All are welcome to this special Diocesan event with refreshments afterwards in the hall of the Mercy Primary School beside the church.
