Anastasia Ahern (née Bergin), Burke’s Hill, Birr, Co. Offaly, passed away peacefully on May 24th, 2024, in her 97th year, surrounded by her loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff of Newbrook Lodge, Nursing Home, Mullingar. Predeceased by her beloved husband Tom, her parents, brothers, sisters and daughter-in-law Mags. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her daughter Julien, sons; John, Seamus and Kevin, son-in-law Pat, daughters-in-law Joan and Brigid, her beloved grand-children; David, Mark, Brian,John,Thomas,Julie, Kevin, Steven, Megan, Catherine and Laurie, her great-grandchildren; Robert, James, Daniel, Conn,Daire, Adam, Ben,Freya, Lilly and Kevin, brother-in-law Owen, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. May she Rest In Peace. Funeral to arrive at St. Brendan’s Church, Birr, on Monday morning at 10.45am. for Funeral Mass at 11am. followed by burial in Clonoghill Cemetery, Birr.
