The death has occurred of Esther (Peggy) Roberts (née Brien), 12 Eden Road, Birr, Co. Offaly, on January 9th, in the wonderful care of the staff of Eliza Lodge Nursing Home, Banagher, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Jack, her sister Philomena, and her twin brother Michael. Sadly missed by her daughters Rosemary and Ann, sons Jim, Ger and Martin, daughter-in-law Aileen, sons-in-law Ciarán and Noel, nephew Michael, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, extended family, relatives and friends. May Esther rest in peace. Reposing at Boyd’s Funeral Home, Birr, on Wednesday, January 11th, from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass in St Brendan’s Church , Birr, on Thursday, January 12th at 11am.
