Jim died peacefully, in his 99th year, on Wednesday the 24th of January, in the loving and wonderful care of Birr Community Nursing Unit, surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his loving wife Agnes. Jim will be sadly missed by his daughters Mary Tynan, Margaret Burnell and Una Kinsella, sons Joe (Texas), Seamus, Padraig, Sean, Eamonn and Liam (London), his sons and daughters in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. May Jim Rest in Peace Reposing at Loughnane’s Funeral Home, Birr, R42 AY17, Friday evening from 4pm until 8pm. Arriving to St. John’s Church, Rath, on Saturday for Funeral mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in Rath Cemetery.
