Margaret Mary Connolly (née Maher), 6 Hillside, Seffin, Birr, Co. Offaly, died peacefully on October 9th, 2023, in the loving care of Eliza Lodge Nursing Home in her 85th year.  Predeceased by her husband Michael, sister Katherine (Curry) Westport, Mayo (known as Kay); her brothers; William, (Wimbledon, UK), Thomas, Patrick, Michael, and Aidan (Pound St) and infant siblings Brendan and Mary. She will be sadly missed by her loving daughter Margo (Witts), son-in-law Pete, granddaughter Ciara,  sister Elizabeth (Lee) Southampton, UK, her nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.  May she Rest In Peace. Reposing at Boyd’s Funeral Home, Birr, (R42YF75) on Wednesday from 5p.m. – 7p.m. Removal to arrive at St. Brendan’s Church, Birr on Thursday morning at 10.45a.m.  for Funeral Mass at 11a.m. followed by burial in Clonoghill Cemetery, Birr.
