The death has occurred of Mary Connors, (née Featherstone), 6 Cornmarket Street, Birr, Co. Offaly, December 12th, 2022. Mary passed away peacefully in her 94th year, surrounded by her loving family, in the tender care of the staff of The Palliative Unit and Sandymount Unit , Birr Community Nursing Unit. Predeceased by her beloved husband Patrick, she will be very sadly missed by her loving daughters; Ann (Bedford), Catherine (Birr), Bridie and Annette (both Kinnitty), son-in-law Tony, her adored grandchildren; Seán Michael, Michelle, Megan, Daniel and Gareth, her niece, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. May she Rest In Peace. Mary will repose at Boyd’s Funeral Home, Birr on Wednesday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning to arrive at St. Brendan’s Church, Birr at 10.45am for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Clonoghill Cemetery, Birr. House Strictly Private at all times please.
