Philomena (Phil) Murphy, née Donaghy, late of (Manchester, Dublin) and Birr, Co. Offaly, passed away on July 28th, 2023, peacefully in the excellent care of the Marlay Nursing Home, Dublin.  Beloved wife of the late Cyril Murphy and adored mother of Deirdre, Nuala, Brendan, Conor, Mary and Mairead. Sadly missed by her sons in law Noel, Jim (Mac), Rory and Ben, daughters in law Cindy and Cathy. Grandmother to Susanne, Stuart, Anita, Katie, Orla, Declan, Ronan, Ross, Orla and Eoin and their spouses Mark, Eva, and Rory and great grand children Sam, Josh, Hannah, James, Annie and Molly, cherished nieces and nephews and a wide circle of friends. May She Rest In Peace. Reposing at her daughter Nuala’s home in Hillside, Birr (R42 RF98) on Tuesday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to arrive at St Brendan’s Church Birr at 10.45am for Funeral Mass at 11am. Internment will follow at Clonoghill Cemetery, Birr.
