The death has occurred of Sarah (Sally) Nugent (née Ryan), Green St., Birr, Co. Offaly and formerly of Rathdowney, Co. Laois, July 25th 2024, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Paddy, daughter Sarah and infant son Laurence.
Sadly missed by her children Jim, William and Clare (Alexander), their partners Molly, Tim and Greg, her much loved grandchildren Oisín and Rory, brothers; Liam (London), Aidan (Shannon), Pat (Rathdowney) and Kevin (Melbourne), sisters in law, brothers in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.  Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam Sally is reposing at the family home on Saturday, July 27th, from 5pm – 8pm. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, July 28th at 2pm. in St. Brendan’s Church, Wilmer Road, Birr , followed by burial in Clonoghill Cemetery.
