Tom O’Meara, Fortal, Birr, Co. Offaly, died on July 14th, 2023, in his 87th year, (peacefully) at The Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his brother Pat and sister-in-law Betty. Adored husband of Sally (née Sarah Scully), beloved father of Oliver, Thomas and Catherine, and grandfather of Katelyn, Ryan, Eleanor, Sarah and Emma. He will be very sadly missed by his sister Ita Breslin, his daughters-in-law Connie and Orla and his son-in-law Mark. Very deeply regretted by his extended family, his great neighbours and many friends. REST IN PEACE Reposing at his home on Saturday, July 15th, from 4pm until Rosary at 8pm. Private removal on Sunday morning, arriving at Saint Brendan’s Church, Birr  at 11.45 am for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Clonoghill Cemetery, Birr.
